In the late summer of 2023, The CUBEN was born out of a shared passion for golf, cigars, and innovation. Founded by Shane Littel, alongside his father Gregg Littel and cousin Jacob Cipriano, our journey began with a simple yet ingenious idea that changed the game for cigar enthusiasts on the golf course.


Inspiration

It all started on a warm, sunny evening as Shane was caddying for a group of golfers indulging in fine Cuban cigars. As the round progressed, the challenge of keeping cigars from littering the greens sparked a moment of inspiration. Witnessing a fellow golfer balancing his cigar on a tee to avoid damaging the green, Shane saw an opportunity to elevate the experience.

Revelation

Upon returning home, Shane shared his revelation with his father, and they knew they were onto something special. With Shane’s vision and Gregg’s support, they enlisted the expertise of Jacob, an experienced engineer, to bring their idea to life. Through meticulous design and numerous iterations, they crafted a unique multi-use cigar holder that would revolutionize cigar enjoyment on the golf course.
